The Ceramic Tree Cutter ZC-101 ΗQ is made of 98% ceramic zirconia and is a very innovative material as it is extremely hard, resistant to corrosion by chemicals and its biggest advantage over metals is that it is fireproof and does not heat up by abrasion.

Important note:
Zirconia cutters should not be sterilized in UV sterilizers as ultraviolet radiation alters their chemical composition resulting in wear and yellowing. And because the oven is not suitable for these cutters either, sterilization with sterilization fluid is recommended. Spraying or short immersion (up to 20 minutes) and not with the days because then the metal stem will rust.
