The repair, once the company has received the electrical or not electrical tool, is completed in 7-15 working days. For a cost lower than 18 euros, we are repairing the tool. In case the cost of repair exceeds 18 euros then we will contact you to inform you about the repairing cost.
The repair of electrical appliances mainly concerns appliances that our company trades as we have a stock of genuine spare parts. If you are interested in repairing an electrical appliance or grinding a tool from a non-cooperating company let us know to see if we can proceed with the service.
